Once the application is installed, a new file should be created in-order to store school records.
To create a new file, click File menu and select New File.
Enter a file name. By default, the data file directory is C:\Erachana\School Manager\Data. However, you can change that and specify a suitable location and Save the file.
To open an existing file, in File Menu, select Open File. Select your file by using the file explorer and click Open.
To open recently used files, in File menu, click Recent Files, and select the recently used file.
